Susan manages both the Personal and Commercial Lines departments at Capital Insurance Works. She also leads our Safety and Health services for commercial clients, helping businesses identify risks and improve workplace safety. Susan is a Certified Safety Professional and brings that expertise to helping our clients protect both their employees and their businesses.
